Ms. Homan is the vice president of Blended Solutions at The Ken Blanchard Companies. She is a founder of Coaching.com and an author of the Internet platform used to support large coaching initiatives. With more than 14 years of experience as a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Madeleine was instrumental in developing the core curriculum for Coach University where she was a Sr. Trainer and is the designer and facilitator of The Manager as Coach, which is the core-coaching curriculum for several companies worldwide. She is also an author of The Ken Blanchard Companies coaching skills course: Coaching Essentials for Leaders. Madeleine has been a pioneer in the coaching profession and has served as the president of Straightline coaching, founding advisory board member and senior trainer for Coach University, and as a founding board member for the International Coach Federation, on whose board she served for six years. Ms. Homan’s expertise in business coaching has been highlighted on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox News Channel. Her presence in the marketplace extends into press articles in The New York Times, London Times, Training & Development Magazine, ASTD Publications and Women’s Media. She divides her time between Dobbs Ferry, NY and Escondido, CA.

Adria has been a leader is the Canadian coaching community for some time. Under her leadership, the Toronto ICF blossomed and grew, setting the foundation for the highly successful Chapter we have here now. She was President when we became the second officially chartered Chapter in Canada, and it was under her leadership that the Prism Award was born(now known internationally as the Academy Awards of the coaching sector). Adria is one of the founding faculty of the Adler School of Professional coaching, the first accredited ICF coach training school in Canada, has been Canadian ICF Leader and has contributed to the international Association of Coach Training Schools as program chair. She is a leader/mentor to budding coaches through various faculty and organization memberships.  Adria is the 2007 Canadian Coach of the Year.
