PRISM Nomination Process

Coaches are invited to nominate the organizations they work with. As a coach or part of a coaching team, the coaches' responsibility is to ensure that the organization meets the criteria and eligibility requirements. From there, they take the lead to assist the organization to complete the Nomination Form. The coach then submits the nomination form to the Nomination Committee for assessment by the Selection Committee. The Selection Committee then evaluates the nominations and conducts organizational interviews in order to determine the winners.

Benefits to Organizations and Their Coaches

It provides a forum for the organization to celebrate and share their success with a host of audiences represented at the PRISM Award Showcase. It's an opportunity for them to have public recognition as a leading edge organization. It helps the client see that they are a leader with this initiative and that it affects bottom-line results creating value.

The coach has an opportunity to speak about the impact that coaching is having on the organization they have partnered with. Although the Award is presented to the organization, the coach is also publicly acknowledged at the PRISM Award Showcase enhancing their profile in both the business and coaching communities.
